LWE Shiraz 2014, Barossa Valley

Our LWE Shiraz is a wine of brooding intensity with a complexity that begins with a stimulating nose with note of cinnamon, chocolate and cassis which eloquently leads into a linear progression of youthful, rich fruits that tantalise the palate. With controlled weight, the flavors unfold layer after layer with delicacy and compliments an intense exploration of mouth feel offered by refined tannins. This exciting wine drinks well in its youth but will reward greatly by cellaring for over 20 years’ time.


LWE Cabernet Sauvignon 2014, Barossa Valley

Displaying exceptional depth and strength, coupled with understated gracefulness. It’s elegant beguiling nose cascades into an intriguing palate of earthy, redcurrant, medium-bodied bursts of flavour which coat the palate from back to front with an exceptional weight. The chalklike tannins are soft, as the restrained power and complexity of the wine provides it with the ability to age with dignity over the next 15 years.

In contrast to the elegance of its nose and palate, what makes our Merlot incomparable is its strong backbone that has been created by the accuracy of our winemaker’s hands.


LWE Tawny NV Shiraz, Barossa Valley

Beginning with an intoxicating nose that will have you committed before you’ve even had the chance to taste, you will be delighted by aromas of orange marmalade, malt toffee and caramel. The palate is full of intricacy and deep flavours that can only be emanated by precision winemaking and time. Sweet on entry but dry on the finish, the LWE Tawny is simply a gift to the palate and is best enjoyed with loved ones, new or old.


Lindsay Cuvée NV Moscato

The wine has a bright vibrant colour with a youthful green hue. The bubbly wine has lifted musk aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a sherbet perfume. The palate also shows these characters along with a tight citrus core that balances the fruitiness of this refreshing full sparkling wine. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.


The Doric Porch 2017 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Barossa

Our Barossa Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is pale in colour with green hues. The nose is lifted with floral notes of citrus blossom, musk and rose. The palate shows varietal fruit and cleansing minerality which are perfectly in balance with the natural acidity, delighting your palate with hints of green apple, fresh grapefruit and cut grass characters. This wine should be enjoyed in its youth.


Evensong 2017 Riesling, Clare Valley

Our Clare Valley Riesling is made in a classic style displaying characters of citrus blossom, lime and plenty of pithy grip. The colour is pale lime green with straw hues. The acid brings out the mineral tones, whilst the palate offers citrus, grapefruit and a hint of green apple. This wine is drinking exceptionally well now however, it can also be cellared for the next 10 years.


Edge of the World 2017 Riesling, Eden Valley

This Riesling has been produced from one of the finest vineyards in the sub-region of the Eden Valley, High Eden. Cold fermentation has been used and this wine is bottled young to maintain freshness. The wine shows classic lifted notes of citrus rind, apple and mineral characters. The palate is focussed and linear, and finishes with a crisp, natural acid finish. Enjoy in its youth or cellar for up to 10 years for a more complex style.


Old Mac 2015 Merlot, Barossa Valley

Our Barossa Valley Merlot displays full varietal fruit characters and distinctive ripe berry flavours, the wine has been enhanced by maturation in specially selected French oak hogsheads and finishes with good length and light tannin astringency. A fine classic Barossa style to be enjoyed now or will reward cellaring over the next 5 years.


His Only Pair 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, Barossa

Out Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa displays a deep rich purple red colour. It is a mouth filling wine with strong blackcurrant fruit and white pepper characters which are rounded out by the addition of a grassy tome. This wine has fine tannins which do not over power the palate due to the well balanced structure. This is a wine that can be enjoyed for the next 5 years.


The Selector 2015 Shiraz, Barossa

A rich mouth filling Shiraz with a crimson hue allows the Barossa Valley to speak through the glass. The palate is intense and concentrated with satsuma plum on the nose balanced with a hint of spice on the palate. This wine has been matured in American oak, with a small amount of new oak introduced to give a lovely vanilla character. This is a medium to full bodied textured wine which is long and fine on the palate. Enjoy now or over the next 5 years in a good cellar.


Cobb & Co 2016 Pinot Noir, Adelaide Hills

A vibrant Pinot Noir on the nose with the scent of violets and classic forest floor aromas. This wine has bright cherries on the palate with a light smokiness. Excellent length with black-cherry plushness balanced by tight acids and firm, well-structured tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 7 years.


Sunup 2015 Shiraz, Barossa Valley

This premium Shiraz has a bright, deep colour with purple red hues. Matured for 24 months in French and American oak the wine contains a lovely vanilla character. The nose is redolent with blackberries and spice. The palate has a succulent fullness that fills the senses with cassis, black pepper, whilst the soft chalky tannins allow this full bodied textured wine to linger in the mouth. Enjoy now or cellar over the next 5–7 years.


The Whaler 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawarra

Our Coonawarra Cabernet is a medium bodied and elegant wine with fine grained lingering tannins. The palate displays mint, plum and blackcurrant with an extraordinary length of flavour. This wine has been aged predominately in French oak and is well balanced with mild acidity. Enjoy this wine now or cellar for the next 10 years.


The Sumit 2015 Shiraz, Barossa Valley

This premium Shiraz has a bright, deep colour with purple red hues. Dense, plump and juicy dark berries on the nose are enhanced with a hint of spice on the palate. Matured for 24 months in French and American oak to give subtle vanilla characters; this full bodied wine is long and fine on the palate, with soft gentle chalky tannins, that linger in the mouth. Enjoy now or cellar over the next 15 years.


Bull Fight 2015 Tempranillo, Barossa Valley

Bull Fight Tempranillo is crimson in colour with a bouquet that opens with black cherry, cola and lavender supported by notes of chocolate and black pepper. The velvet-like palate has fleshy boysenberry and spice, followed by plush powdery tannins. This wine shows that Tempranillo can be an excellent drinking young wine delivering excellent fruit flavours and persistent length, and can also be cellared for the next 7 years.


The Balcony 2017 Rosé, Barossa Valley

Our Rosé is made from free run Cabernet juice, soaked on skins for six hours to imbue a light pink colour with copper hues. It is abundant with strawberries and peach on the nose whilst the palate offers a light natural sweetness with tones of musk and stone fruit. With light tannins, the wine finishes semi-dry and is best serve chilled and in its youth.
